Trust FCU’s core processing system is going through an update. Our new system is designed to strengthen security, enhance your member experience and support future deployment of new products and services.
The system upgrade will occur on November 1st, 2025. Please see below details regarding your banking experience during this transition period.

Account Information
- Your Member Number will remain the same. 
- Some account information will change, but most changes will be internal. You may notice your checking, secondary share, money market, or CD suffix has a new number when you log into online banking. However, your full checking account number will remain the same, so your direct deposits and automatic payments will not be affected. 
- Your existing online banking credentials will remain the same. 
- If you have given your accounts nicknames in online banking, they will remain the same. If you would like to know how to name your accounts in online banking, we are happy to show you how to do this! 
- There will be no change to our routing number. 
- There will be no change to your debit card number. 
- For a short period after conversion, the only estatements that will be available via online banking are August, September and October 2025. We would recommend downloading any statements needed prior to conversion. Our member service department can also provide you copies of any statements needed. 
Services
- Online banking will be temporarily out of service starting the evening of Friday, October 31st. Access will be restored Monday, November 3rd. 
- Online banking enrollment will be unavailable starting Friday, October 24th. Access will be restored Monday, November 3rd. 
- Shared branching will be unavailable on Saturday, November 1st. 
- Online account opening will be unavailable starting Monday, October 24th. Access will be restored Thursday, November 6th. 
- Zelle will be unavailable beginning Friday, October 31st. Access will be restored Tuesday, November 4th. 
- 3rd party vendor connections may be impacted by the conversion. Please contact us if you need any account information to re-connect these services.

- All branches will be closed Saturday, November 1st.
